$2 for unlimited GPRS in India

Supposedly cellular carrier Hutchison (branded as Orange) is charging subscribers in India a mere 99 rupees a month, or two bucks, for unlimited GPRS data service for cellphones. Similar service from T-Mobile runs about $20 or so a month in the US.
